Shaft production, particularly after heat treatment and semi-finish turning, is highly prone to bending. Traditional hydraulic presses are often too large in scale and difficult to control, with unsatisfactory hydraulic performance frequently leading to product damage. After years of research and improvement, our company has successfully developed a manual straightening machine with a hydraulic precision of 0.01–0.05 mm and a 1:1 hydraulic ratio—meaning that pressing 0.01 mm achieves exactly 0.01 mm of correction. Extensive customer trials have demonstrated excellent results. Today, it officially enters mass production. A milestone worth celebrating.
