Product Introduction
Polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) products are widely used in the petroleum and chemical industries. The loop reactor axial flow pump is a key piece of equipment in liquid-phase bulk process polypropylene and polyethylene plants.
In 2010, the company initiated the development of core components for loop reactor pumps. In 2014, a research and development contract for a 100,000-ton grade loop reactor axial flow pump was signed with a petrochemical branch company. By 2018, the company’s first self-developed 100,000-ton grade loop reactor axial flow pump successfully passed industrial assessment after two years of operation and was formally accepted. The company has expanded its new product development from axial flow pumps for 100,000-ton/year polypropylene plants to 200,000-ton/year and 350,000-ton/year models, gradually extending the product performance coverage to include axial flow pumps for 600,000-ton/year polypropylene plants.
Through continuous R&D efforts, the company has accumulated comprehensive experience in design, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and a track record of successful field applications. This has enabled the realization of a full product spectrum covering 100,000 to 600,000-ton/year polypropylene and polyethylene plants, filling the technological and product gap in this field. Meanwhile, riding the wave of the Belt and Road Initiative, we have also introduced our loop reactor axial flow pumps to countries such as Russia, showcasing our robust capabilities on the international stage.
